Please allow 10-12 business days for standard shipping. For certain custom-made items, please allow an extra 5 business days (it will say this next to the item in case you are unsure which products apply). If you receive your order and are unsatisfied, simply ship the unused items in their original packaging, along with their invoice or order number, to the following address within 40 days of the original purchase date to receive a refund minus the costs of shipping and handling. Your account will be refunded upon the receipt of the undamaged items.
We accept all major credit cards as payment and are required to charge tax for those that live in the great state of New York. Unfortunately, we do not accept checks or money orders.
Due to the handmade nature of our products, we cannot guarantee the availability of everything. If a product you have ordered has been sold out or backordered, you will be notified via e-mail. In the event of an item being sold out, you will be refunded in full. If one item in your order is backordered, you will receive the item as soon as it is available.

Exchange and Return Policy
We here at Appliance Clothing want you to love what you ordered. But if something isn’t right, let us know. We gladly accept returns of unwashed, unworn or defective merchandise. We’ll send you another color, a new size or an entirely different style. If you’d rather have a refund, we’ll take care of that, too. For a full refund minus the shipping charges, please return the product to us within 40 days of the orignial purchase date.
For returns: Place the merchandise in a box with your original invoice or store receipt, then send the box back to us at the address below. All merchandise purchased with a promotional discount will be refunded for the price paid. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles from the day you return your package for your account to be credited.
Exchanges will be processed as soon as we recieve the original merchandise.
