Originally a Texan, Nicole can usually be found wandering about Brooklyn with her headphones on or trying to practice her banjo while concocting things edible or crafty in her Flatbush apartment. After moving to the Big Apple, she worked for several publications including Seventeen, Teen People, Cutting Edge, and Adorn. Her work has also been featured in several publications including Adorn, Knit.1, BUST and several other books and magazines.

Nicole currently designs clothing, jewelry, accessories and sewing patterns, in between working as the Associate Editor for Threads and SewStylish magazines.
